Spurs on TV

Just a gentle reminder for those of you out there, Tottenham are on telly tonight.

The UEFA Cup match against Anorthosis is live on ITV4 for all those who can't make it down to White Hart Lane.

According to BMJ, tonight might not be as easy as first thought. Jol told the official site: 'They are one of the best teams in the Cypriot league, They won the league title a couple of years ago and have played a number of times in the Champions League.'

The said we should still be looking a win to help kick start our season and Chimbonda agrees, also telling the official site: 'We want to win something this season and the UEFA Cup would be good for everybody.'

And even Jermain Defoe could get a run out tonight and with Big Brother now well and truly over, his relationship with Jol should recover!

Defoe told the Daily Mail: 'I have been fined a few times for missing club dinners because I've been watching the live eviction on a Friday.

'Once we were on an away trip and the coach knew that I wanted to watch it so he made the time for dinner a little bit earlier. He said that I had to be down, but I remember thinking 'yeah right, I'm not missing it'. I can't remember who was evicted that night, but I do remember coming down half an hour late and getting a fine. It was definitely worth it though.'

I've been impressed by Bent tonight. The constant running, finding space, making himself available and tackling back. Please he got the goal.
