'If It's Football, It's Vital'

End of term report.

The domestic season is finally over. This gives us a chance to look back at the players over the last season. Who deserves to stay? Who needs to go and who deserves another chance.

No doubt our outstanding player was Eriksen. I think he should be the fulcrum of our team. Lloris is world class, no doubt about it and although Verts didn't have as good a season as his first, we have seen his quality.

That is essentially the spine of the team, but who is good enough to compliment them? I don't want this to become an article about who we can buy and at what price, rather discuss if you feel someone should stay, go or get another chance.

For me the stays are; Lloris, Verts, Walker, Fryers, Eriksen, Sandro. Deserve another chance; Capoue, Holtby, Vlad, Dembele, Lennon, Lamela, Townsend, Soldado, Bentaleb.

Should not be seen in a Spurs shirt again; Rose, Dawson, Kaboul, Naughton, Paulinho, Siggi, Chadli, Ade. Rose, Dawson, Kaboul and Siggi are just not good enough for me. Naughton is not going to get any better and Fredericks is waiting and deserves a chance.

Paulinho was a luxury buy and hasn't offered enough for me. Chadli, why? he does not offer more than Lennon or Townsend. Ade, the enigma? I just can't see him putting in another season of hard graft. Soldado, if we got a worthwhile offer for him, let him go, but we didn't play to his strengths.

Dembele needs to pull his finger out and show he is top class. Lennon seems to be getting worse but we know how good he can be. Townsend also needs to show he is not a 1 game wonder.

Lamela needs a run in the team to show what he can do. Vlad, I think with the right coaching could be a very good player. Holtby has the right mentality, I think he deserves a chance.

You might agree with me or not, so feel free to discuss. COYS!
