Just keep winning - its all we can do and it's all we've been doing! Lets not make our whole season about Saturday. Regardless of the result there, we cannot let this season fizzle out like last year, but with a bit of luck it'll be Chelsea who suffer the FA cup hangover and we can pick up some more points on them. On paper our run in is a whole lot harder, but on grass we've have been the form team in the league for weeks!! Chelsea have a couple of banana skins along the way as well.

COYS. Stay focused and go about business in the same professional and ruthless way we've been doing this year so far. This season could so easily become the greatest in PL history. Are the stars aligned in our favour at long last after years of hurt? Only time will tell but I am so proud of what I am seeing on the pitch these last few seasons.
18/04/2017 10:10:00
Yep, agree with the above posts. As Poch has been saying all along this season, just focus on the next game and do OUR job. No point counting chickens and unduly hyping things. Stay grounded and remain professional...and more the point, enjoy the ride! COYS!

ps., welcome back Tino hope your break was made all the more enjoyable with the results.

Loving the look of the able. I can't help thinking about Easter weekend football and resting players. Back in the day teams used to play 3 games in 4 days ... no subs, just the same eleven players.
18/04/2017 10:54:00
I did my best to convince Mrs Tino to allow me to watch the AFCB game at the weekend Critical but alas, my best efforts failed miserably. Still, we won and that was fine and dandy by me. Yep, normal service resumes today.

I'll begin the HUGH FA Cup S/F build-up from tomorrow. Just the thought makes my legs feel like jelly!
18/04/2017 10:55:00
Tino ... I'm not sure how we're all going to survive this semi final .... way too exciting!
18/04/2017 11:35:00
Come on Geof surely it's 3-0 for the mighty Spurs! I'm having real trouble staying grounded but I'm anxious and excited to watch the game. COYS!
18/04/2017 11:53:00
Geof - not only will my legs feel like jelly but I have a feeling i'm going to have to have an extra supply of toilet paper at the ready. Gulp (chatting to myself) sort it out Tino.
18/04/2017 12:03:00
lol Tino.

I watched the Man U and Chelsea game. I must admit Costa was trying his usual tricks and being a nasty piece throughout the game as he was not getting his own way. Seems if you keep Hazard out of the game they have no cutting edge. Let's hope it's a spectacle rather than an ill-tempered affair. I only have fear for our LB being exploited as good old Moses will have a field day v Davies. If Sonny helps him out in front, we should be OK.
18/04/2017 12:10:00
jvd ... Yes, the score is obvious but arriving at it will be exhausting. I think I'll have to do some laps to get fit ... but I'll do them on my Kawasaki!
18/04/2017 12:12:00
Geof, it will be 2-0 until Jannsen scores on 89th min. He's the man!
18/04/2017 12:16:00
You've convinced me, critical. There's a fair chance of a red card on Saturday ... and Costa is my choice to be shown it. Just hope one of our lot don't walk off the park with him. I think we'll be fine if we just maintain concentration and keep playing our normal game.
18/04/2017 13:24:00
The whole Easter w/end was a great success for us due to our own results and those of others, with the only tiny blip being Middlesboro not beating Arsenal at home, but you can't have everything.
18/04/2017 16:10:00
Sorry for off topic, but couldn't resist!... Harry Redknapp new B'ham manager. I suspect Crouchy, Defoe and Krankjaer heading to midlands?! Good luck 'arry.
18/04/2017 23:58:00
We have the formula on how to beat Chelsea. We tested it at the Lane and ManU proved it at Olf Trafford. Press, Press and press some more! Man mark Hazard and take him out of the game. Keep your cool and be patient and take your chances when they come. Really hoping for Rose to make the bench at least and too get 20 minutes of game time.

In February, Spurs were 12 points adrift of Chelsea. Just 1 month and 4 matches ago, Spurs were 10 points behind. On the 19th March 2017, Chelsea had 59 goals for, 21 against and a GD of 38. THFC had 55 goals for, 21 against and a goal difference of 34. - Fast-Forward to 19th April, 2017: Chelsea, just 4 points ahead. Goals for, 65. GA, 27. GD, 38. THFC: Goals for, 68. GA, 22. GD, 46. - Fast-Forward to Saturday 27th May. THFC: FA Cup and EPL Double Winners, 2016-17 (?) - Why the hell not?!
