Countdown To Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur

Countdown To Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur

The FA Cup Semi - Final between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur is only days away. But who will win?

What a stupid question I hear you shout - the mighty Spurs of course (gulp).

My heart is racing and my legs feel like jelly just thinking about the mouth-watering game. But if I feel like this with a few days to go until kick off then goodness knows what I'll be like when I wake up on Saturday morning. Perhaps a defibrillator, strategically positioned by the side of the bed may come in handy!

No bloody reason at all for Spurs not to win this one. Surely the gods favor us, as we play the way that pleases them. Never forget that the gods favor those who play a daring style. When we dare, we do.

I'm fully confident of a Spurs win. We are the better team. Better defence. Better midfield. Better forward players. Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 Chelsea. Easy!

We've never lost to Chelsea in an FA Cup final. History is on our side! By the way I was at Wembley in 67 for that one.

Disappointing news regarding the apparent breakdown in contract negotiations involving Toby Alderwiereld. He has become arguably the best CB in the PL since he came to Spurs from Ath Madrid, after his loan spell at Southampton, and would be very difficult to replace, particularly given his very effective partnership with Jan Vertonghen, which has been a huge contributor to our 40+ GD, the best in the PL. All great teams are built from the back, and every effort must be made by Levy and his team to sort this out.
