Next Four Home Games
Between now and the end of October Tottenham Hotspur will play four Premier League home games.
The result of our first Wembley match of the 2017/18 season didn't exactly end as we would have wanted. So, can this dreadful Wembley spell (***note*** - I didn't use the dreaded and frustrating word) be finally put to bed?
Sunday 27 August
On the opening day of the season league newbies beat Chelsea 3-2 at Stamford Bridge. However, it was back down to earth with a crash and a bang last Saturday when Sean Dyche's lot lost at home 1-0 to WBA.
Saturday 16 September
Two games played, drawn one away at Southampton then they received a right royal thumping at the weekend, 4-0 by Moaning Maureen Mourinho's United.
Saturday 14 October
Eddie Howe's Bournemouth seem to have lost their mojo following a 1-0 away defeat at WBA and 2-0 home defeat at Dean Court to Watford. Could this be their third and final season in the top division?
Sunday 22 October
Our recent record against these lot can be summed up in one word. DISMAL. In fact, you have to go back to November 2012, at the Lane (Aaron Lennon and Gareth Bale) until the records show us as claiming three points.
With 12 home points to play for I would suggest we should be odds on favourite to get nine. Surely?
