Vincent Scores!

Vincent Janssen our on-loan misfiring striker, has broken his two-month wait for a goal as Fenerbahce hammered Adana Demirspor 6-0 in the Turkish Cup.

Janssen started the season well with two goals in Fenerbahce`s first three league games, but has since gone into hibernation for two months without a goal.

He finally awoke on Wednesday with a goal in Fenerbach`s easy 6-0 cup win over Adana Demirspor. And it was a spectacular one at that (you can see it here:

Janssen beat two defenders in the box before firing a low strike into the net. He was also lauded by the Turkish sides fans for winning a late penalty and giving the ball to one of the kids in the side to hit home.

Maybe there is still hope for him to refind his form and come back and try again with us?

I've always said he is the best striker we've ever had.

We should send Dele,Christian & Sissoko out there on a goalscoring refresher course.

Soldado and Janssen? Get 'em both back to North London, post haste! They're both sorely missed. We need more goals and someone else other than Llorente to blame for the lack of them.

That still only 3 in 15 or so, the latest against a team no better than League 1 opposition at best (12th in the Turkish 2nd tier).
